Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns, document observations, and complete reports.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and direct guests as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with property management and Allied Universal leadership.
