Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Staff the front desk and greet visitors, verify access permissions, issue credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, building systems, and communications equipment; report issues as needed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency responders and management.
• Assist residents and guests with inquiries, directions, and information to maintain a welcoming environment.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact, greeting visitors, verifying access permissions, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, building systems, and communications equipment; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with emergency responders and/or management as needed.
• Assist with resident and guest inquiries, provide directions and information, and help maintain a welcoming residential environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
