Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required by Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen per federal, state, and local laws.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at a utility office front desk.
• Monitor visitor access, verify IDs, issue credentials, log visitors and contractors.
• Answer calls, give directions and information, route inquiries.
• Observe front-desk activity and report unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly following emergency procedures.
