Allied Universal in Bothell, WA is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Driver Visitor Services to provide front-desk security, greet visitors, verify credentials, and enforce access policies at a commercial real estate site.

You will work fixed shifts with optional extra shifts, earning $21.93 per hour. The role emphasizes customer service, safety procedures, incident response, and reliable, schedule-driven hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing temporary access badges, and directing guests in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor building entry points, lobby activity, alarm notifications, and camera systems as assigned, promptly reporting unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner while following established escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and other required documentation, communicate clearly with building management and Allied Universal leadership, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front-desk screening practices.
