Responsibilities

• Greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain logs.
• Monitor front desk, access points, alarms, cameras, and systems; report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents; follow site protocols and notify contacts.
• Direct guests, answer phones, and communicate security-related information clearly.
