Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per federal, state and local laws.
• A drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations and responses.
