Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and rental customers while following security procedures.
• Monitor front desk lobby, greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain records.
• Observe activity and report unusual conditions or disturbances.
• Respond to incidents calmly and complete required reports.
• Support key-control and lost-property procedures per site policies.
