Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
• Experience in customer service and access control preferred.
• Ability to greet visitors and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the front desk and direct them appropriately.
• Manage access-control procedures and visitor registration.
• Monitor entry activity and maintain visitor/incidents records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence to deter unauthorized access.
