Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Front Desk Ambassador in O'Fallon, MO. You will greet visitors, verify credentials, manage access, and maintain a professional front desk presence while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a utilities location, you will monitor entry points, respond to incidents calmly, and work with a collaborative team to protect employees and clients. Pay is $16.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors at a front desk location within a utilities environment by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems; report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in a calm, professional manner following emergency procedures when needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer calls, provide directions, and deter unauthorized access through visitor screening.
