Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors at a front desk location within a utilities environment by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems; report unusual activity or security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and emergencies with calm, professional problem-solving and follow procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer calls, provide directions, and deter unauthorized access through visitor screening.
