Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer at a Chicago, IL location to manage front desk operations for a commercial real estate site. You will verify visitor credentials, control access, and provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and assist authorized guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following emergency procedures.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and communications; document incidents per site requirements.
• Deterrent unauthorized access and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
