Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Front Desk Ambassador in O'Fallon, MO. You will greet visitors, verify credentials, manage access, and maintain a professional front desk presence while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a utilities location, you will monitor entry points, respond to incidents calmly, and work with a collaborative team to protect employees and clients. Pay is $16.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening may be required.

• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors at a front desk location within a utilities environment by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, or security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer incoming calls, provide directions and information, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent visitor screening.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
