Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Security Officer in Atlantic City, NJ. The role focuses on welcoming residents and guests, managing access control, and maintaining security communications with professional presence.

The position offers flexible scheduling, with a pay rate of $17.75 per hour. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, monitoring security systems, and coordinating with emergency services when needed.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Ability to lift >20 pounds preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors via site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify authorization, manage guest/vendor access, and log visitor records.
• Monitor front-desk communications, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain professional front-desk presence and deter unauthorized access through proper access-control.
