Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Patrol in Atlantic City, NJ. This role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $16.00 per hour with a fixed anchor shift and the option to supplement hours through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• License preferred (security-related) if applicable.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors following site procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify visitors and vendors, maintain visitor/incident records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and residents' concerns; notify appropriate personnel.
• Report maintenance issues and security hazards per procedures.
