Job summary

Bluebird Self Storage in Hampstead, NH is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. This 16-hour-per-week role covers Fridays and Saturdays, offering a friendly, team-based environment and opportunities to grow within our growing company.

The CSA will greet customers, handle inquiries, conduct tours, rent storage units, process transactions, and maintain a clean facility. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are valued, as is prior retail or sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales.
• Experience in self-storage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility based on shift assignment.
• Deliver superior customer service via phone, online, and in person.
• Identify customer needs and upsell storage units.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and ensure consistency.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with maintenance reports.
• Operate the front desk and perform routine administrative tasks.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct walkthroughs during shifts.
