Job summary

solidcore is seeking an energetic part-time Core Crew member to support front desk, admin, and sales efforts. You will welcome clients by name, promote studio offerings, and help create a positive, well-organized studio experience.

The role requires flexible scheduling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with class scheduling, account setup, package purchases, and communicating schedule changes.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move throughout the studio.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• MBO experience preferred.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and the solidcore brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and engage with them using the CORE framework (Connect, Open, Recognize, Educate).
• Interact with clients to assess needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio products, class packages, beverages/towels, and promotions.
• Handle routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, class scheduling, package purchases).
• Communicate studio issues, events, or changes to clients and the team.
• Support Head Coach and Community Manager in daily operations and studio cleanliness.
• Report employee or client issues to management and assist in resolution.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
• Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
• Respond to client emails and inform coaches of milestones.
