The Residences at East Ave, LLC in Hilton, NY is seeking a friendly Receptionist Recreation Assistant to welcome residents, families and staff. This part-time role covers weekend evenings and Sunday shifts, delivering warm service and coordinating check-in, check-out, and activities with the Recreation Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage on Saturdays from 4-10pm.
• Support Recreation Department on Sundays from 10-3pm.
• Cover additional daytime hours on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4-8pm as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks (phones, messages, inquiries).
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff to provide exceptional service.
