Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• One year of reception experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Covid-19 vaccinations are encouraged but not mandated; CDC guidance followed for eligibility

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Front Lobby and manage the lobby area to ensure security and a welcoming environment.
• Serve as main switchboard and paging operator for the facility.
• Assist residents, visitors and staff with directions and information.
• Collect resident information and coordinate with staff for deliveries and services.
• Distribute payroll checks and announcements to staff.
