TownePlace Suites Asheville West is seeking a detailed, outgoing customer service pro for a part-time Night Auditor position. You will balance accounts, handle check-ins/outs, and prepare reports while ensuring a welcoming front desk experience for guests in Asheville.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and update their accounts as needed.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to share room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk area to be clean, welcoming and organized.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print, and distribute various reports.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
