Job summary

Mindful Health is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team in Texas. The role involves front-desk support, patient intake, appointment management, and billing assistance in a fast-growing mental health care setting.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, 1+ year front desk or outpatient experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus; CPR and CPI certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with office software and patient intake processes.
• Ability to maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle client intake, forms, and policies for new and renewing visits.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments for individuals and groups.
• Maintain accurate client profiles in the practice management system.
• Collect co-payments and private payments as needed.
• Facilitate communication between clients and providers; relay messages clearly.
• Assist prospective clients with information about services.
• Submit medical records with proper release forms and documentation.
• Greet clients, notify providers of schedule changes, and coordinate daily workflow.
