SPENGA Arlington seeks a warm, energetic front desk associate to welcome members and help deliver a premium fitness experience.

You will sell memberships and retail, drive retention, and support a clean, vibrant studio environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required; you’ll connect with guests, build trust, and embody SPENGA hospitality to inspire new members to take their first steps toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn; adapt to our fitness philosophy.
• Motivation and drive.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin and yoga are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retain and increase client participation.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain clean facility.
• Act as SPENGA ambassador, promoting SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, emotionally intelligent, & able to connect with people. You’re the first impression of our studio, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust, create excitement, and deliver SPENGA hospitality to members and help new guests feel comfortable taking the first step toward their fitness goals. Evening/Weekends available. Minimum 2-3 shifts/week required. Hours needed are 4:30p-8:30pm M-Th, Saturday 7:30a-12pm, Sunday 8:30a-1:00p
