Job summary

SPENGA is seeking a front desk associate in Loveland, OH to warmly welcome members and support their fitness journeys. This role focuses on selling memberships and retail while ensuring a clean, inviting studio environment and strong member engagement.

Ideal candidates have solid customer service skills, sales experience, and a willingness to learn SPENGA’s spin+strength+yoga philosophy. Commission opportunities and free employee membership are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Previous sales experience is preferred; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA’s fitness philosophy.
• Motivation and drive to meet sales and participation targets.
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, and yoga are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
