Job summary

SPENGA is seeking a proactive manager to welcome and support members in a fast-paced studio environment.

You will drive membership and retail sales while maintaining a clean, energetic space and helping the community stay engaged with classes and events.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required; preferably with high-end goods or services.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Motivation and drive to perform in a thriving fitness environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy.
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, or yoga is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail products.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain a clean facility.
