Job summary

Miami Lakes Athletic Club in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant to greet members, register guests, check-in, and provide a warm welcome while maintaining security and accuracy.

You will operate the CSI software, handle opening/closing procedures, process payments, answer phones, promote club programs, and maintain a clean, safe environment. English and Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to greet and assist members and guests professionally.
• Proficiency with basic data entry, transactions, and club software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and register/check-in visitors.
• Handle opening and closing procedures per club protocols.
• Maintain high service standards in every interaction with members.
• Monitor safety and report concerns to ensure a secure environment.
• Operate CSI software accurately for registrations and payments.
• Promote club events and programs to members and guests.
• Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries and reservations.
• Perform daily cash handling and balance transactions.
• Keep locker rooms and work areas clean and organized.
