Job summary

Century Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Associate to be on-site in Triadelphia, WV, delivering outstanding guest service and efficiently handling check-in/check-out, payments, and requests.

You will manage guest mail, rewards information, and reservation requests, while maintaining lobby areas and assisting with marketing tasks. Must wear the standard uniform and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests and promptly address complaints and requests.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and with a friendly manner.
• Post guest charges, compute bills, collect payments and make change following cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages; be knowledgeable about Rewards program and promotions.
• Know hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities and selling strategies; take reservation requests.
• Answer switchboard using proper telephone etiquette; block rooms and handle special requests.
• Balance credit cards, cash, and change funds; log issues for management.
• Communicate with staff and management; pass on information via logs and reports.
• Assist in marketing efforts by completing Company Tracker nightly.
• Wear proper uniform as per appearance standards.
• Move luggage up to 40 lbs; adhere to work rules and safety standards.
