Job summary

Koelsch Communities seeks an enthusiastic receptionist at Northbrook Inn memory care. This full-time role offers shifts 7AM-3PM and 12PM-7:30PM, with every other weekend. The position includes benefits, vacation, and growth opportunities, and pays $18-$19 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, answering phones, managing mail, arranging pickups, and supporting general office tasks. A drug screen and background check are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as community address, directions to the community, and other related information
• Receives, sorts and forward’s incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing & collating
• Other duties as assigned
