Commonwealth Hotels is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Guest Service Agent at Home2Suites Brownsburg. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries in a welcoming front-desk capacity.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is often required or preferred.
• Cannot rely on employer for prior experience; must show customer-facing background.
• Familiarity with PMS or hotel software is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience handling guest inquiries or complaints is an asset.
• Ability to multitask across reservations, check-in/out, and guest needs.
• Entry-level candidates with basic front desk knowledge are welcome.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Upsell available services and promotions to guests.
• Maintain security and verify guest identities.
