Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent for a part-time role in Auburn, ME. You will assist with guest registration, reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area, delivering exceptional service at the front desk.

The position requires on-site work, availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus a strong customer-service background.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related hospitality/front desk experience.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Auburn, ME location.
• Part Time 24 hours per week with flexible AM/PM/evening shifts, weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency in English; willingness to learn new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage online, phone and in-person reservations in a fast-paced environment.
• Check guests in/out; issue room keys and explain hotel amenities.
• Take payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to guest issues and complaints promptly.
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests.
• Work with staff to meet hotel standards and accommodate special requests.
