Job summary

Radisson Blu Fargo is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift. You will register guests, post revenues, manage check-ins and check-outs, and promote the loyalty program while providing exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, able to work independently, with strong English skills and experience in front desk operations. A valid driver's license is required for shuttle duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel services; Opera/Opera Cloud knowledge preferred.
• Proficient English language skills; additional languages helpful in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office; knowledge of brand operating systems preferred.
• Ability to handle diverse customer service situations tactfully; strong problem solving.
• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license to operate shuttle when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a unique, personable way.
• Book guest reservations and register guests, verifying information and payment details.
• Answer and route calls; take messages accurately.
• Promote brand loyalty program and recognize members.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly and politely.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management as needed.
• Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
• Maintain accurate records including cash flows, registrations, and property walks.
• Process market and retail transactions for guests.
• Assist with mail and electronic communications, provide information on facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as necessary.
• Handle confidential guest information with integrity.
