Job summary

Lou Sobh Kia/Honda is seeking a friendly, outgoing Part-time Receptionist to join our team. You will greet guests, answer phones, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The schedule varies weekly, including weekends, with shifts like 7:30 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, plus Sunday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bi-lingual is always a plus.
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming phone calls and delegate as needed using the phone system.
Greet incoming guests and provide world-class customer service to customers and employees alike.
Assign customers to Sales Consultants as needed using computer software.
Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store.
