Job summary

Lou Sobh Kia/Honda is seeking a friendly, outgoing Part-time Receptionist to join our team. You will greet guests, answer phones, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The schedule varies weekly, including weekends, with shifts like 7:30 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, plus Sunday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bi-lingual is always a plus.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls and delegate as needed using the phone system.
• Greet incoming guests and provide world-class customer service to customers and employees alike.
• Assign customers to Sales Consultants as needed using computer software.
• Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store.

Lou Sobh Kia/Honda is now hiring a PART-TIME Receptionist! We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team.

Schedule:

Hours and days may vary weekly, including weekends:

• Monday- Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (rotating shift)
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Respond to incoming phone calls and delegate as needed using the phone system
• Greet incoming guests, and continue to provide world-class customer service to customers and employees alike
• Assign customers to Sales Consultants as needed using computer software
• Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store
