Home 2 Suites by Hilton-Fresno is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper for a part-time role in Fresno, CA. You will maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas while delivering courteous service. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping tasks, ensuring standards, coordinating with Front Office, and training staff as needed.

Weekend/holiday shifts required. Experience in customer service is preferred; fluency in English and good health are essential; the role requires lifting

Qualifications

Customer Service experience in any service establishment.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Medically fit; in overall good general health.
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Pulling and pushing up to 150 pounds.
Frequent standing up and moving about the facility.
Willing to work weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Directs housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of establishment.
Supervision of housekeeping and laundry operations to meet quality standards.
Ensure department operates per hotel standards and guidelines.
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional guest service.
Assist with training of employees and ensure tools and equipment are available.
Inspect assigned rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
Oversee linen inventory and supply par levels.
