Job summary

Naples Hotel Group in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a part-time Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Representative. You will check guests in/out, assist with reservations, and provide friendly, professional service to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in customer service, familiarity with reservation systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

IHG experience is a plus; OPERA PMS knowledge is a bonus.

Qualifications

In 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
IHG experience highly preferred; OPERA PMS experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Proficient in computer use and reservation systems.
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Process guest check-ins and check-outs, confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue keys, and review charges.
Create, modify, and confirm guest reservations accurately.
Set wake-up calls and answer phone calls professionally.
Complete shift tasks, shift reports, and log communications between shifts.
Provide personalized service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
Log guest comments or complaints and maintain a detailed shift pass-on log.
Advise guests on local dining, shopping, and directions.
Maintain front desk areas and ensure a welcoming environment.
Greet guests with warmth, uphold professional appearance, and follow safety procedures.
