Job summary

LBI National Golf & Resort, a VIVÂMEE Hospitality property in southern New Jersey, seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for all guests. You are the first and last impression of the property, handling check-ins, inquiries, and concierge duties with professionalism.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and a neat appearance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer proficiency; experience with PMS systems preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling.
• Ability to work any shift, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out hotel guests.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Be the information hub for guests and assist with requests.
• Promote and portray the VIVÂMEE values.
• Coordinate with restaurant manager on seating and events.
• Assist with continental breakfast setup and breakdown when required.
