LBI National Golf & Resort, part of the VIVÂMEE Hospitality Signature Collection, is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server. You will provide friendly food and beverage service, take orders, and help ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and able to work both weekdays and weekends in a busy resort environment. Training and opportunities for growth are available, with a supportive team culture.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Restaurant Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, team-oriented, and available to work both weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and elevate issues to management when necessary.

Dining Room Operations

• Prepare dining areas before service, including setting and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with team members to provide seamless service.
• Assist with banquet, golf outing, wedding, and special event service as needed.
• Support resort-wide hospitality initiatives and special events.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist in other areas when business needs require.

• Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment with varying noise levels.

Schedule Requirements

• Part-time position
• Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends
• Availability for evenings, holidays, and special events is required.
• Schedule will vary based on restaurant volume, events, and business needs.
