Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Front Office Administrator at the new Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee, MN. You will be the heartbeat of the venue, welcoming guests, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, tracking visitors, and assisting staff with on-site and off-site events.

We value friendly, organized professionals with at least 2 years of customer service or office experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or office management experience.
• Fluency in English required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests and assist with arrival/departure and new hire/visitor orientation.
• Manage conference room bookings and assist scheduling of team meetings.
• Track all visitors, including vendors and guests.
• Plan occasional on- and offsite company events within budget.
• Manage parking and vehicle logs and records.
• Track and manage venue credentials.
• Assist with expense management, invoice tracking and submission.
• Welcome event guests and print visitor badges.
• Assist with onboarding/off-boarding processes.
• Handle incoming/outgoing courier and mail as required.
• Support annual management plan by achieving KPIs.
• Perform ad hoc facilities tasks like ordering supplies for events.
