Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge for weekend shifts in our Riverside community. You will greet residents and guests, direct inquiries, coordinate tours, answer calls, and support the sales process while maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a friendly hospitality mindset. Background checks and health screenings are required, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete background clearance and health screening and provide TB results within 7 days of employment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy front-desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects warmly and professionally.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, tours, and creating a positive experience for guests.
• Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously with accurate information.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and resident services to assist inquiries.
