Discovery Senior Living in Savannah Square is seeking a part-time Concierge to be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. You will support daily operations, manage communications, and maintain a warm, organized front desk environment.

The role emphasizes hospitality, confidentiality, and a professional demeanor while assisting with resident services and coordinating appointments and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, email, and office systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the community positively.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and reception duties, managing calls professionally.
• Take accurate messages and route promptly to the right recipient.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and provide directions.
• Support marketing materials and collate brochures as requested.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for Dining Services.
• Maintain front desk, resident lists, rosters, and sign-in sheets.
