Meadow Ridge, a Benchmark Senior Living community in Redding, CT, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to serve as the information hub for residents, families, visitors and staff. This role supports front desk operations and some light computer duties.

Schedule is 19 hours per week with Thursday and Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 2:30pm-8pm; hourly pay $18.00-$19.25. Per diem opportunities also available. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of telephone system and ability to teach others

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors upon arrival
• Handles phone calls professionally and routes or answers queries
• Offers refreshments to visitors
• Manages appointment books (doctor, beauty)
• Acts as concierge for residents and assists with errands
• Keeps lobby clean and organized
