Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet residents, guests, and staff, directing inquiries and handling basic administrative tasks. The role emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere, confidentiality, and accurate communication. High School diploma or GED is preferred, with training on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate office equipment including copier, fax machine, etc.
• Strong customer service attitude demonstrating respect and friendliness.
• Communication skills that include careful listening and clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, co-workers and all visitors in person or on the phone and guide them to the appropriate area, team member and resolution.
• Create an inviting setting for resident, co-worker or administrative needs.
• Serve as the go-to for a message, important paperwork or smile.
