Job summary

Austin Country Club is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet members and guests at the front desk, handle inquiries, and manage reservations for club outlets. The role is office-based with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person or over the phone and answer inquiries; manage reservations for outlets within the club.
• Direct members, non-members, and event guests to various locations across the club for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean reception area; create function sheets for club areas; document actions for continuity across teams.
• Print F&B menus, maintain staff sign‑in/out sheets, email lists, phone lists, daily features menus, and daily 3PM reports.
