Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for a part-time role. Work Monday to Friday 5 PM to 8 PM, with every other Saturday or Sunday shift, joining a welcoming front desk team in a 106-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in Westerly, RI.

You will greet residents, families, and visitors, monitor the entrance, sign-in visitors, and help maintain a neat, friendly front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive.
• Ability to follow facility entry and visitor procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors professionally.
• Monitor the front entrance and provide entry according to facility procedures.
• Follow visitor sign-in procedures and direct guests to their destination.
• Notify appropriate staff of visitor concerns or requests for assistance.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
