Greentree Healthcare in Bristol, RI is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team every other weekend. The role will include greeting visitors, managing the switchboard, directing guests, and supporting daily administrative tasks in a warm, patient-centered facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Computer literacy required.
• Previous experience managing switchboard/phone system preferred.
• Ability to communicate with older adults warmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard and paging system.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the proper person.
• Inform visitors of visiting rules and regulations.
• Maintain resident list by name and room number; manage mail/delivery tasks.
• Process daily census and distribute to departments.
• Handle lunch tickets, supplies, resident funds and banking.
