Rose View Rehab and Care Center is seeking a part-time Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. Your role helps maintain a welcoming environment and smooth communication within the facility.

You will handle calls, greet guests, manage logs, and assist with routine administrative tasks with professional demeanor and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior receptionist, administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage visitor logs and facility entry procedures.
• Provide general information and directions within the facility.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Coordinate communication between departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Ensure front desk area remains organized and professional at all times.
