SpringHill Suites Columbia, located in Downtown Columbia/The Vista, is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for guests and manage all aspects of their stay. Shifts are 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with weekday and weekend availability required.

You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and upsell services while maintaining brand standards and using reservation systems. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Formación

• 1 year experience working as a hotel front desk agent required.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Experience with Lightspeed/FOSSE/PEP is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service oriented and friendly disposition.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests at check-in and complete registration following brand standards.
• Greet guests at check-out and process payments, ensuring accuracy of charges.
• Provide information about local area and guest services; promote loyalty programs.
• Upsell hotel services and benefits of the loyalty program.
• Answer phones politely and assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Address guest complaints promptly; escalate to management when needed.
• Complete start- and end-of-shift tasks and reports.
• Verify guest payment methods and data.
