$14 per hour | Weekends Required | Open Availability Needed
Priority Toyota Springfield is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Front Desk Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Schedule Requirements:
Open availability between 9am–9pm Monday through Saturday
11am–6pm on Sundays
Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
Answer and direct incoming calls
Assist with customer check-in and general inquiries
Provide administrative support to dealership staff as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
Prior front desk or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required
