The Neiders Company is seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time Front Desk Agent for an extended-stay property in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have hotel, extended-stay, or lodging front desk experience and be comfortable working independently in a guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities include completing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, processing payments, responding to guest questions and concerns, and maintaining accurate front desk records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel/front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, MS Office or Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications keeping records updated.
• Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns; maintain front desk records.
• Support day-to-day property needs and communicate with management when needed.
