Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Saddlebrook Resort Tampa, a premier meetings and resort destination near Tampa, Florida. You will welcome guests, check them in, explain hotel amenities and local attractions, and serve as the first point of contact to ensure a welcoming, memorable experience.

The role requires friendly, professional service, accurate cash handling, problem solving, and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• An outgoing and engaging personality.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
