Qualifications

• Front desk experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn reservation systems.
• Friendly, positive and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and information.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and welcoming experience.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean front desk and lobby.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and payments according to procedures.
• Support daily reports and shift paperwork.
• Follow all Baywood Hotels and Homewood Suites policies.
