Baywood Hotels, proudly managing Homewood Suites by Hilton, seeks enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable Full-Time Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. You’ll help create clean, welcoming accommodations that enhance guest experiences and drive repeat visits.

Responsabilités

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and mop.
• Sanitize kitchens and appliances as required.
• Ensure rooms are stocked, organized, and ready for guests.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow safety procedures for chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain carts and work areas in an organized manner.
• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings carefully.
• Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning assignments and support fellow team members.

As a Room Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations. Your hard work helps create the outstanding guest experiences that keep our guests coming back!

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to Homewood Suites by Hilton brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean kitchen areas and appliances.
• Clean and sanitize guestroom kitchens, including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishes as required.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked, organized, and ready for arriving guests.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns or damaged items.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, linen closets, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings with care.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning assignments while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist fellow team members and other departments when needed.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right person!
• English or Spanish speakers are welcome!
